Reflections can’t stART without a theme, and that’s where YOU come in.

 National PTA Reflections sponsors a student-focused Theme Search Contest annually to determine a future program theme. Children and youth can submit a national theme to serve as the inspiration for Reflections artists and their original works. Students submitting the winning theme receive $100 and recognition at the National PTA Convention.

One exceptional theme will be chosen February 1, 2018, to inspire creativity for the 2019-2020 PTA Reflections program theme. Email Reflections@masspta.org with questions.

National PTA Reflections sponsors a student-focused Theme Search Contest annually to determine a future program theme. Children and youth can submit a national theme to serve as the inspiration for Reflections artists and their original works. Students submitting the winning theme receive $100 and recognition at the National PTA Convention.

Massachusetts PTA welcomes all students from PTAs in good standing to participate! Massachusetts PTA will select 5 winning themes in November to represent Massachusetts in the contest for the 2017-18 Reflections Theme!

Entries must be submitted to the Massachusetts PTA by November 16, 2015. Download the theme search student entry form in English or Spanish.

  • Ludlam Elementary PTA, Florida

Enhance PTA Arts Projects in Your School Community

The National PTA Mary Lou Anderson Reflections Arts Enhancement Grant provides matching dollar funding to local PTAs to support in-school and after-school arts enhancement programs within their communities.

Apply for a Grant

Matching grants of up to $1,000 are awarded each year to local PTAs to enhance arts education projects. Eligible applicants MUST be a PTA in good standing, as determined by the State PTA.

Applications for projects starting in the 2016-2017 school year will be accepted January 4 through March 11, 2016.

Healthy Recipes Requested
Win a trip to have 
    Lunch with First Lady Michelle Obama

      Please read immediately: Deadline April 30, 2015      

 

MA PTA in partnership with WGBH is pleased to announce that we are working with “PBS Parents on the White House Healthy Lunchtime Challenge. This annual initiative invites kids (ages 8-12) to submit healthy lunchtime recipes to the White House where a panel of experts, led by First Lady Michelle Obama, will select one winning recipe from each state. Each state winner, along with his/her  parent/guardian, will be invited to the White House for the Kids State Dinner in July.”
 
WOW !!  

What an opportunity to show case our Massachusetts’ youth and parents!!  I am sure that we will get a winner from Massachusetts!

But heads Up!! The deadline is a short one . Please see the link below and get cooking and planning! Create you Healthy Recipe submitted!!!
All entries must be submitted no later than April 30, 2015!!
